The delivery time depends on your quantities and our stock. 1~2 working days after payment confirmed for stock itmes, 10~15 working days for mass production orders.

 

6.What's the shipping method, is it free?

We cooperate with DHL, and also agent of other expresses, we will charge the fee what they charged.

 

7.What payment methods do you accept?

8.What happens if I do not receive my order?

It doesn't happen normally, but in case it happen, we strongly recommend to insure Your order. Our flat rate insurance fee is just 15 USD. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that will be lost, damaged or undelivered.
